This web site has the following on the site, "SCADS was formed in response to an alarming increase in the number of altered, forged, and misidentified stamps advertised by Internet stamp dealers, primarily in online auctions such as eBay." Our analyzers noticed that the web site also said " Updated Expertization article to include Philatelic Stamp Authentication and Grading, Inc." The Website also said " Reporting suspect items to eBay and the SCW. Guidelines for buying stamps on eBay. In most cases, thes." The website's header had eBay as the most important optimized keyword. It is followed by stamp, stamps, and fraud which isn't as ranked as highly as eBay. The next words scads.org uses is stamp auction fraud. eBay stamp fraud was included and might not be seen by search parsers.
